I would take mosfet from VDDCI and replaceit with NCP or SIC or IR -

I had the same problem with 1660 ti BLN0 pulls down signal , replaced all phases and all voltages came back . ( strangely phases would work if i removed only rezystors for THWN on all phases PS_NVVDD_S_THWN ex. R182 R183 R184 all voltages came back )Leave a comment:

If the chip is not faulty , then re ball once more , i had 1060 from msi gaming x with thick pcb , same problem .
I had to solder twice , the second time when wicking pcb i left solder on pads and then soldered the same re bald memory , and the problem went away .Leave a comment:

Check that there is a 40 ohm resistor, and that 1.8 V is reaching the core .

I'm repairing the same card short on high side mos-fet and UP 9509 i gone .If you wont some measurements pm me .
BTW i need to know the resistance on R744 R841 on my card some have 5K and 10K , and 202 ohm on the blown high side mos-fet ( resistors near mosfets ) .Leave a comment:
