Re: New Members - please post your introductions here

Hello all. I am a retired Marine, with over 15 years working on radars, and 5 years on computers. I consider myself a above average technician when it comes to most things electrical. I enjoy fixing "stuff". Doesn't really matter what it is, if it is broke I will look at it. It will either get fixed or it will still be broke, but I will have learned something. Sometimes, that is not to touch that item again! I like to, at least, try to fix it, before just throwing it out and getting a new one; doesn't matter what "it" is.
Looking forward to learning and helping here on this forum.

I will help out when I can. As for business these days it is like thanks to you tube and the throw away society.

Hi there, started tinkering with electronics repairs a few years ago. Started on small digital cameras and camcorders, then laptops and PDAs. I'm just learning about t.v.s now, so this looks like a great site to learn from.
