As a new member of the forum here is my introduction;
I have been a tech enthusiast for many years and fixing personal computers for years but like some on the forum I am not a professional.
My first personal laptop was a Lenovo ThinkPad 700ds and have always admired Lenovo's innovative designs and build quality that is on a different level compared to HP or Dell.
Currently using a Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen4 Twist and have a HP Omen X 17 gaming laptop
Hate Apple products (Lols) and Love Android.
I hope to be able to make a great contribution to the forum and benefit from your expertly support.

Been repairing machines for several years, all types: computers, home equipment/appliances, and the occasional industrial things too. Mostly as a hobby.

I have an extensive lab at home, and can do quite a bit. Time is what I lack the most... looking forward to retirement :-)

Hi everyone,

I'm currently based in New Zealand, specializing in computer repair, and I've got about two years of hands-on experience fixing hardware issues. While I'm comfortable tackling most common problems on the bench, you probably don't want me attempting complex board-level repairs just yet – let's just say fine soldering isn't my superpower!
