INTRUDER# netname has a '#' as a suffix. In the digital logic world, the hash-tag suffix denotes that the signal is active LOW. That is, if this line is ~0v = logic low, then the signal is active. So if 0v, INTRUDER alert.

Respectively, remove the short applied between S3 pins 2-3. This will remove the hard short to ground and then the pull-up resistor (R646) on the same signal will be parked to the logic '1' state. Test again.

Sorry sir, I am late in giving an answer, sir, I have removed the pin 2 to 3 jumper, and also replaced the R646 resistor but the results are still the same, thank you and where should I check again

The logic levels look correct to me since the parked state is a logic '1'.

Review the BIOS settings under SECURITY to see if this setting can be disabled.

I think the EC chip (Embedded Controller,MEC1653) may have a soldering defect.
Place the motherboard steadily, and try heating the EC chip with a heat gun to 230°C for 1 minute. Then let it cool down naturally.

Or you can also consider replacing the chip.Note that this chip has a built-in program. Please make sure that the spare part also has a program.

              [UPDATE]
You may need to check whether these components are normal first. If they are damaged, this error will also occur.
