hello...Samsung UE40KU6172U, source module BN44-00806A...initial defect...the LEDs are blue (you can see the image in blue)...or bought new LED strips (same code strips) and installed...after turning on without mounting the display, speakers, etc., the Samsung starts from standby, the LEDs light up, then it stops, goes into standby and starts again...and so on...from this moment it cannot be turned off from the remote control...I put the bars back on the blue and it still does the same thing..any idea???...maybe I did something wrong!!!...maybe someone has a diagram???

Originally posted by nomoresonys View Postok, the old ones work but are blue which means they are bad unless you have a yellow diffuser sheet, seems like the new ones may be bad, make sure you bought the right ones, they may just be faulty from the factory, can you test them?Due to a lack of donations, server free space at a critical level, and possible closure of Bios Requests all donations are welcome, click:

Re: Samsung UE40KU6172U blanking problem!!??
did you try it with one ribbon cable at a time hooked up from tcon to panel driver board, see if theres anything on display or any change, don't let the end of the loose cable touch anything such as metal chassis, don't want to short anything out. Best to do all connect and disconnect of cables with tv unplugged from power to avoid any errant surges and such.
