    Samsung UE55NU7455U - No Picture

Hey Guys, I need help figuring out what's wrong with this TV
-The tv turns on, but no picture
-Backlights turn on and off in a cycle with boot sound getting cut, if one side of the screen is unplugged, backlights stay on normally and longer and clean boot sound
-Checked all the Caps on the 2 boards on the panel to ground, and didn't come up anything out of normal
-No obvious damage on any board

I'm not very good at board diagnosis so I need some help here

seems like usual shorted panel, if an offending component can not be found on panel boards, maybe try tape cutoff method, been covered many many times on youtube and here.

I know that method, I've done it a few times, the thing is, normally i get a clue of which side to tape based on the reaction of the screen, usually wen the good side is plugged in and not the other I get half the screen with that bright black or even half the boot logo appears, and wen i switch sides i have a full black screen, this time i get no reaction what so ever with either side, I'm looking for the Test Points on the board to check voltages
