I've got a ue49ku6670xu main board BN94-11055E, the backlights were burned so replaced them , after doing so the new lights just flickered on and do a boot loop , I haven't got the screen back on yet as I was just trying out the lights before doing so, ive just tried another main board )totally different just tried it as the plugs fitted , just to Try checking the backlights, the board works the lights properly so I'm guessing it's my main board as I've tried a different power supply of the same model , I read in this thread something about jumper between FB_TRDV1 & FB_TRDV3 , could someone please explain this to me because I'm totally lost

Jumpering is to determine which side of the lcd screen is bad. You don’t have the lcd screen in so this is not relevant to you at all.
unplug main board from power supply and leave the backlights connected to power supply. Plug tv in and if power supply and led lights are good they should light up.
if not double check you ordered correct leds. Then you can unplug led from power supply and read voltage output on the led pins. Report back all findings after performing these test.

Above is the answer. Just leave LEDs/PSU plugged in and unplug main board connector and LEDs should stay on. That's the test.

Hi Team - just joined to see if anyone can offer some expertise in diagnosing an issue with a TV.
I've done a few hours googling and youtubing but just seeing if anyone has any insight here. I got a 55" Samsung UE55MU6470U which seems to boot loop and then after 10 mins will boot, work for a few minutes, then turn off and repeat.
Whilst it's on into the normal Samsung menu/boot screen it looks perfect - so I can't see there being any screen issues. I've seen lots of videos with taping across clock lines to diagnose which particular one may be an issue but i don't... -

Hi, I rescued a Samsung UN40H5003AF (H = 2014 FHD) from the curb. Symptoms are: standby (red) light comes on, stays on for 8 seconds, flickers off, then comes back on, and the cycle continues.

SMPS board: checked voltages, all seem normal (A13V = 12.8V, UD = 3.3V, PWM_BLU = 0.77V, PS_OnOff = 5.5V). Remove 10p cable to main board -> backlight comes on. I think this means SMPS board and backlight are good.

Hello, I have a problem with my Samsung UE48H6410SSXZG with the main board BN41-02156A and the power board BN44-00709A. Everything seemed like this, the TV could no longer be switched on, the standby LED always flashed 5x2 times. Backlight was off and no sound from TV. Also made the flashlight test and there was no picture.
I made the following tests:
1. Disconnected the main board from Power Board = backlight works.
2. Connected the main board and disconnected the T-Con = backlights does not work.
