Re: Schematic for LG 55UF6450 TV
You are not going to repair a TV main board yourself even with a schematic. Main boards are multi layer with small and fine pitched components like computer motherboards. I am assuming you don't have specialized equipment or skills to do component level repair but asking for a schematic is a sign that you don't. You can ask the seller if he repairs your problem or buy a new main board. These boards usually have bga issues which require reballing. You can try heating the processor with a hair dryer before plugging in.Last edited by neilc6; 12-13-2022, 06:58 AM.

Re: Schematic for LG 55UF6450 TV
When I plug HDMI stuff in the tv doesn't recognize that anything has been plugged in. I do have access to high end equipment. My friend works at an electronic manufacturer as an electronics repair tech. He asked me if I had one so I thought maybe someone here might have the schematic. I've tried many times to buy a new board. They are always either sold out or charge insane amount upwards of 250$. Seems like they are actually worth about 90 to 100$. The only repair service I could find on ebay was for a snowy pictures. Thank you for the replies

Re: Schematic for LG 55UF6450 TV
something simple to try just in case, unhook all hdmi cables, turn off tv, unplug tv from power, press and hold power button for 30 seconds, plug hdmi cable back in, plug tv power back in and try it, if no joy maybe a factory reset will work if you haven't yet tried it, I assume you already tried a different hdmi cable.Last edited by nomoresonys; 12-13-2022, 03:39 PM.

Re: Schematic for LG 55UF6450 TV
That repair listing also lists black screen with sound and backlight.
I would suspect its a problem with the solder balls under the processor in the middle of the PCB. Ask your repair tech friend if he does BGA rework, if not, consider the repair service if neil6 has used them before.
