Lg50pk tv shows double image, mirrored

Hi there!
This lg50pk tv set has started showing a second mirrored imaged superposed to the original
See attached, note how the right half is the same as the left but mirrored
Is this a common fault?

You can do the LG self test to rule out the mainboard, it's possible it's a BGA issue.
You could also apply heat to the processor and see if it clears up the image.

Ok so you believe this is related to MAIN board more than T-CON?
Also I've found some videos of people with duplicated (but not mirrored) screen on left and right halves and they fix it somehow in the menu on screen (not sure if a hidden service menu as it was a foreign language)

If the issue persists the problem is with the logic board or buffers, if it's gone then it's the mainboard.

Ok how do I perform the self test? Is this in the menu?

With the power off, disconnect the cable between the logic board and mainboard and on the logic board a couple of holes or pins are bridged. Power is then applied and the TV will turn on.

Ok I forgot this is a plasma TV so there's no T-con but a logic board and Z-sus /Y-sus boards....
I don't have this TV in my hands yet but I will try as soon as I get it

I found this video, not same brand, and not mirrored, but it looks like some TV's have a hidden menu that allows some hacking like double image, could this be the same?
