I have a WD-92840 with an error code 39. Anyone have any idea? The TV is very clean. I was thinking there is an issue with the thermal fuse but could not find it on the service manual.

The TV would shut off every 10-15 minutes saying Air flow is blocked. I need some advice before driving out again for 50 minutes to the location. -

If the tach signal is bad coming from one of the fans it should be a different error code, but I would check them anyway. It might be that the dmd board has a problem and throwing the error. I have not worked on a dlp tv in many years. Common problems were color wheel failure and it is possible the lamp is causing the problem, note the error code 34.
