    Samsung pn58c550g1f

I need help with the power board for this plasma. The board is BN44-00331A.
I'm very new at tinkering with boards. I inspected the board and found a blown fuse. I replaced the fused and plugged the tv in only to hear and see a spark. Upon close inspection I noticed this ceramic capacitor had cracked(11 year old TV). I believe it's a thermistor. I would like to replace that component but have no idea what to replace it with. The only boards I find online are all used and cost at least $100. I figure my board is just as old, why not just replace this one component. I think I've attached the specs to this component. Again I have no idea.

You have identified it correctly but there will be more damage: the NTC can not blow the fuse because it is in series with the live (phase) wire.
So probably there is a shorted bridge rectifier or something else on the primary side of the PSU.
You will need a multimeter to check resistance to identify which component it is that is dead.
