I can see the TV in my network as 43w809c, do you think it is good idea to change the model number from the service menu?

no need at all, as both are same Specifications. just check firmware if its the last one.. if need update it. if this solved the issue good if not send the boards back to seller.

OK guys, i have some progression. I bought another main borad from 43w809c. When i switched the set on for the first time with all connected i saw again that self diagnostic screen with colours changing. Reset the TV - was the same. Then i switched off the TV, dosconnected the LVDS cable, switched it back on and connected that cable after few seconds when i could hear the sound from welcome screen and the picture came on. Now it is working but has some strange behaviour at moments - like does not hold the settings after retsrat and others. I can see the TV in my network as 43w809c, do you think it is good idea to change the model number from the service menu?

Check if the power supply has the required voltage and is steady if you haven't already.

Checked with the other TV set. All good.

Ok, my main board model is 1-893-880-21.
I the same boards on Internet but for different tv models. Do you think they will be suitable:

different size could be different Screen driver.. this will put you again in headache get one as yours model and size for example

No, I forgot it switched on during the night and now i think it is completly dead Looks there is nothing more i can do but to buy new main board

Ok i did check with the ait mouse but could not see any changes pressing all F keys or the others. Restart TV few times but nothing. Then disconnected the TCON cable so to force some errors or something and now the TV stuck on this screen:

And now i do not dare to touch anything.....

yes this is i8 air mouse keyboards.. nothings special need as try F keys and other.. plug the related usb receiver in Tv first then turn on

Do you think if i can find wireless keyboard will be able to connect it to the set?

i use always i8 Mini when RC had issue or no RC in hand with any TV brand. or android TV BOX. because its driver type plug & Play

Yeah mate i tried that first - to unplug it and thw plug it in the wall without LVDS cable - nothing happened. Then i tried to reset it without this cable. No i am trying to put in standby mode but without success till now. It is just turning on every timw by itself. And yes, i can control the volume when i can hear the sound but that sound it is not comming up every time.

keep pressing power on RC for more than 10 seconds.. the set should reboot

you need to buy or ask any friend have I8 Mini 2.4Ghz Wireless Touchpad Keyboard, its work with android and it will work same way about control the Sony with serial command.

I think you need to do a firmware update/pair, use the usb drive method, hopefully this kdl is one that will update by itself without needing you to do any remote clicks, some do some don't.

Yes.... I tried everything and still trying to do.something - restart, reset etc....
