Hi everyone! New to the board and I've gone through a bunch of other threads discussing the same thing however I can't seem to nail down the issue. Any help would be fantastic.
-Screen doesn't turn on at all. During power up, the green light on the main board flashes once
-I get the 3 slow blinks then 1 fast which should mean a comm issue
-Tried the various resets (input/vol down plug in, hold power on then plug in etc). No image or K tries to come on.
-No backlight comes on
-Tried removing various T-Con ribbons, left only, right only, all of them, to see if I could get backlighting but nothing comes on.
-checked voltage at the PSB regulator - during power up i get 13V at pin 1, 12v at pin 2, 3v at pin 4. This to me means the main board is telling the PSB to supply power correct?
-checked voltage at pins 14 and 16 during power up and they are both producing 3v
Any thoughts that could help me land on a certain board for replacement? I'm thinking it's not that panel as I can't hear any sound? I'm not sure if I even would though with this error code.

Thank you!
