Connect one side of the tcon to panel ribbon cables one at a time and see if one side displays a good picture. If so, you can try the tape cutoff method on the bad side by blocking the outer pins with scotch tape.

Ok, so with the panel face down, unplugged right side, left side looks good. Switched and bad on the other. Tape on which end and how many pins should be covered.

On the bad side, tape over 2-3 pins to start on the outside edge. Increase by a few more pins at a time. Repeat if picture is still bad. Unplug tv between attempts. If still bad, you can rip off the side tabs on the bad side if it has them as last resort.

The photos are not so good, if screen is in landscape position the camera must be the same, if i see well there's a top portion well visible and a line that divides the bottom doubled image. If yes try to insulate with tape first CKV1,CKV2,CKV3,CKVB1,CKVB2,CKVB3 in turn, if it doesn't work try VCST,VST, VSS in turn. Theese signals are repeated in both connectors.

Sorry, i have forgot to say that the signals must be insulated on the faulty side only.
