Samsung UA55f6400 led flashing

Hi

Have this Samsung TV (maybe elsewhere it will be Un55F) on connection the red led flashes in sequences of 5.
On disconnection of the lead between the main board and the power supply' the back lights flash and the relay on the power suply is clicking. Any Ideas please

Please attach (use Go Advanced) good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards so we can see what we are dealing with.
What is the power supply board P/N? BN44-?????

the board number is BN44-00625
