I don't know if I can ask this. Does any member who might have a scrap NAD 6050 cassette player as I am looking for the plastic base that the heads fit on

Samsung UA46ES5660 standby light flashes
Hi
Got this Samsung LED tv. Plug set in standby light comes on steady. Switch on Standby light flashes 2 times for a sequence of 5.On the psu I only get the a5v coming out. Disconnect PSU from Main board, backlights come on and all the PSU voltages come up. When in fault mode there are no voltages on any of the regulators on the main board. Yet the processor must be working otherwise it wouldnt change when the set is switched on. Also none of the chips on the main board are getting warm.
The PSU board is BN44-00502C

Panasonic TH49 Blue picture
Hi All, and may the new Year be good to you
l I have this Panasonic TV TH 49 DX650Q
Its in reasonable working condition but it has a blue screen. Most notable on the setup display. If it shows a bunch of flowers they look OK.
Is there a factory reset that will cure this , or is it the T Con Board

Samsung UA40 distorted menu
Hi all
Heres a weird one.
Got this Samsung when playing the TV the picture is perfectly good. But if you go into menu the menu items are distorted, as though the Tcon board is faulty
Any Ideas

Git this LG47LE7500. Set comes on and all the menus etc can be seen. It recognizes what inputs are plugged in. But there s no video. After selecting the Input . After a few seconds it just displays "No Signal"
Could this be a problem with the Firmware?

Samsung LA40C530 LCD Backlight problem
Hi All
Hope you can help . Got this Samsung LCD TV LA40C530
Problem is with the backlights that intermittently switch off. They can be ok for more than 8hours, then next day only stay on for a few minutes.
When they are off all voltages seem to be ok on Psu the BLu-on is OK.
Any Ideas

On switch on the picture comes up for 7 seconds Then goes off for about 10 Seconds, with a click of a relay. This keeps going on and off ad infinitum. When it goes off the backlights also go of.
Havent worked on many Sony's so I am a bit lost
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the help. I found the voltage across CM804 was only 12v. Changed the caps didn't help . Found Zener diode ZM801 faulty

Hi looking through the forum I find that the post from Moolink on 07-28-2012, 03:43 AM is basically the same set. But the diodes in my set seem to be OK. The fault occurs with or without the main board connected

Hi
This set uses the BN44-0260A Power supply
It came in with IC UM8015 (ICE3BR0665) Blown
Replaced IC but now I have a stable 13 Volt but the 5volt rail is pulsing around 2.5 volts. Checked diodes and caps but getting nowhere

Hi All
Got this Samsung UA46B700WR
On cold switch on There is a reasonable picture (picture 1)
After a few minutes it begins to develop red streaks down the screee, that gets worse with time (see picture 2)
My question is wether the problem is with the T Con or with the screen
Any ideas?

Wilke i had the lights on I noticed that one of the heat sinks on the PSU was getting very hot. checking around I found D104 was SC. replaced it and all lights are now on without the diode

On further exploration i fitted a diode 1N5822 in series and the lights stay on . So it looks as if one of the LEDs is faulty. Yet they all light up and all give the same brightnessLeave a comment:

I take it that drv-on is bl-on
When the lights flash on and its only for a fraction of a second, the pwr-on and the drv-on
voltages drops. I attached 3 volts to the bl-on and the lights come on but are flickering
I then put a 39 ohm resistor in series with the lights and they stayed onLeave a comment:

Got this LG 32LN5130 . The red standby led flashes 3 times then the backlighs flash on for a fraction of a second. Then it repeats the sequence. Have stripped it down and find all LEDs are good. (tested with LED checker)
Also if i unplug lead from main board, LEDs do not come on.

Thanks to everybody that replied to my post.
75 and still learning.
I don't get much work as I am semi retired but I bought an LED tester from Banggood.
And as the lights seemed to light up OK. I looked for other faults anyway opened it up and found 3 LEDs SC
So once again for the help and patience
I will know in future
