    Sharp Aquos LC-70EQ10U

    Hello All,

After following a couple of the threads on here, attempting to fix my LC-70EQ10U, I am at a loss and looking for some help.

I got the TV for free, it does not have a remote control. I thought it was the power supply, so I replaced that as a first attempt. I then got an LED tester to make sure those were working and they are! I try to turn on the TV and literally nothing happens. Tried resetting it by doing the input and volume down trick, and all I get is the 2-5 blink code.

I followed the threads on here and took apart the bezel, removed any plastic, and re-seeded all the ribbon cables and their connections. Put it back together, still nothing. I've tried removing any number of combinations of ribbons from the T-Con to get some action on the screen and still, nothing.

I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts, I feel like I've tried everything but I am still holding on to a little bit of hope that I can get this thing fired up!

Google and you can find the service manual. 2-5 says its Panel_Pow error. No PNL 12V. Not sure if that's the TCON board voltage supply.

Post some good straight on pictures of each board and one of the whole back so we can see how they are connected, try test #3 below if you have a multimeter, try to do it just as instructed.

Ok, then check if there's about 12 volts on each side of the tcon fuse, black - probe on chassis metal ground, red + probe on each side of fuse. All you need is a simple digital multimeter, they are about 10 bucks or so at the big box stores here.
