Lg 60uj630v led problem

Just picked this tv up. The whole screen has a blue tint and on a white background it's very patchy with darker and lighter spots. Does this look like dodgy leds?

Looks like the same style of LEDs if you google the strips for that model. A big flat round lens with 4 black glue dots.

Thanks for that I've picked a doner set up with a cracked screen hopefully they will be ok
