    LC80LE857U Flashing 1 1

Hello I have an LC80LE857U that was originally dead with a blown fuse. I ended up replacing the power supply from Buyqual https://www.buyqual.com/sharp-runtkb...led-board.html which is a RUNTKB120WJQZ. The TV was able to turn on and the backlighting came on for two seconds and it turned off. I took a look at the error code and it flashed 1,1 which I know according to the service manual its the LEDs. I did a hard reset and everytime it would go off after 2 seconds. It wasn't my first time around replacing the LEDs on the strip on a Code 1,1. https://www.ebay.com/itm/100pcs-LG-7...UAAOSwLnBX5IVn So I ended up taking it apart and injected current into the strips. Come to find out all of the strips are lighting up with a tester. Any tips is really appreciated.

The LEDs are current controlled, not voltage controlled. Hook everything up to the tv, put your DMM in DCV on one string and turn the tv on. Observe the readings. Do the same to the other LED strings and report back. This will tell you in which string the problem is.

I have an LED TV Backlight test I got https://www.shopjimmy.com/sid-gj2c-l...ght-tester.htm What I did was inject current in each LED strings. There is 6 total. Each one lit up at 195V. There was no inconsistencies. Just to double check if I still got the Flash 11. I did a hard reset INPUT + POWER. All the strings lit then turned off. Could there be a chance the error code is wrong. I know the indicator says the first part should Flash twice for the power supply to be an issue.

            Re: LC80LE857U Flashing 1 1

on the bottom left on your first post, 3rd picture there is a plug that goes to the main board. Post the DCV with pin name and DCV measured.
For a minute I thought you may have the wrong PSU, but at SJ they had the same PSU # RUNTKB120WJQZ. Anyway... on that plug there are some pins like error, dim, etc... let's see what they say. The service manual sez this:

            ERR_PNL: failure(H). Inverter/Lamp error is detected.
Note that after five detection counts, the lamp cannot be
activated except in the adjustment process mode.
Accumulated counts are cleared to 0 by the setting in the
LAMP ERROR RESET on the adjustment process mode.

Any possibility that you went over the 5 bad lamp detection count?

              Re: LC80LE857U Flashing 1 1 FIXED

OK I was able to fix the problem. I thought maybe the main board was a bad code. The Main Board did not fix it. I gave up on the power supply I bought from https://www.buyqual.com/sharp-runtkb...led-board.html I ended up repairing the power supply that came with the TV. I replaced the N-Channel Transistor at Q7800 with a K12A60U equivalent and the fuse. TV is working now! I'm stuck with the board from buyqual because it's going to cost as much to ship back to China. I appreciate every input that was given CapLeaker

LED problem on samsung UE55F6475, 2 strips work. The rest is flashing every second.
                by Kingfreddie
                Ok.. this is the story:
Have an old Samsung LED 3D TV (UE55F6475). First it started to lose light on the lower 40% of the screen now and then. Like for 10-60 mins and then it would work again. Then a bit later it just got stuck in that position. The lower 40% of the screen is dark, and it gets progressively darker the lower u go so it's obviously that LED strips where not working. I also looked for similar errors online and saw an exact copy and on that one it was faulty LED strips.

This is kinda how it looked, just that mine were at the bottom of the screen:

About replacing individual LEDS on BL strips
                by edugimeno
                Hi There!
Having fixed 5-6 TV sets by replacing full LED strips, and having watched other people fix that by replacing just one LED in the strip, my question now is what should I consider before doing so.

At this time I have some old strips removed from TV's with all but one LED working. Are there different voltage/current LED on different strips? Are 99% of them just the same and interchangeable?

How do you find which specific model is needed for each strip? When I check if a LED is OK by attaching the multimeter leads to the individual led pads on the strips I...

pioneer A-307R flashing leds on front panel, possible short
                by crea2k
I have a pioneer A-307R here and what it does is flash all of the leds on the front and nothing more.

I got the thermal camera out on it and saw that Q451 was getting hot, so I removed it and the lights now come on as normal, but obviously that part of the amp doesn't work.

I tried replacing it, but it goes back to its flashing lights thing again.

I noticed too that on the back of the board R465 - R467 - R 469 are all getting red hot (over 100 degrees C)

Im guessing I have a short here somewhere, but so far I have not managed to find...

                Hi,

I am trying to fix this DK10FG board for a friend. It is not powering up.

When I plug-in power adapter, its DC IN led and Caps lock start flashing. Even cpu fan gets on/off kick like flashing leds. No battery attached. Nothing happens on pressing power button. I checked the charger IC and it seems fine. (ACOK - 3.3v). Re-programmed the bios but no luck.

I checked SIO chip NPCE885LA0DX and here's the reading

                19,46,76,88,115 | P3V3AL_R --> 3.3v
                102 | P3V3AL_EC --> 3.3v

                Hi There!
I'm trying to help my friend who owns a restaurant be just bought.
He has a very long LED strip running along all the walls and columns. The strip is attached facing down 2in above the floor, using a wall panel that ends in a metal rail that finishes the panel underneath
It's stuck using, I guess, the 2 sided tape that comes with the strip
The issue is that like 1/2 of the full length, including 1/2 one wall, another entire wall, and one column, flickers after 4 or 5 minutes ON. Particularly it flashes staying OFF most of the time and flashing ON for 1 tenth...
