vizio backlights but no video or audio

m# d48-do.came to shop with no audio,video or menu.has backlights.replaced main and power boards from SJ.no change,what am I missing here?

We need good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards.
Does it have stand alone T-CON board or integrated T-CON into the panel?

What kind of Voltage testing have you done so far?
Did you check the Voltages on the T-CON?
