TV has half the picture strobing and no picture on the other half. If I remove the tcon connector to the panel on the affected side the strobing goes away but still not picture on the other side. I removed the cable from one of the boards along the bottom of the panel and the strobing goes away and I just get a solid white 1/4 picture. Any suggestions would as always be appreciated.
