Panasonic TX-L42U2 LCD 7 blinks - power supply problem

First thing: it is a LCD not plasma

So, i got this TV, and when I try to turn it on relays don't click and it starts to blink 7 times. According to the manual it is missing SUB3.3V.
It was strange that i can't hear relay clicking so i started to look that part of circuit on the power supply. Found out that two diodes D812 and D813 are damaged and also Q803.
So i replaced the diodes, but the transistor is making me problems, because i can't figure it out which specifications it should have. There is one more on this power supply, it is Q800 and it has same panasonic number like the damaged one: B1ABNF000011. But i am not able to find anything about this transistor.
The thing is that, if i put in place of Q803 this good one, it is posible to switch relays on with 2,15V which is the TV_SUB_ON voltage from mainboard to turn on power supply. If i put any other NPN in position of Q803 i need 5,8V (that is a stdby voltage) to turn on relays completely.
I was able to turn on complete power supply (forced with 5.8V) and everything is working properly, except this NPN switch, and i have no idea which one I can use as a substitute for B1ABNF000011.

Also tv turned on and is working fine but only if i turn on power supply with forcing the main relays.
I tried to change this transistor with 2N2222, 2N3904 and some others, but neither of them is turning on completely with TV_SUB_ON signal (2,15V), but with 5,8V they are on completely, relay switches and power supply starts.
But i would preffer to find one that will turn on with 2,15V
Coil of relays is 5Vdc, and when both of them switch over current is around 350-400mA on that line.

I complicated things as allways but hopefully someone will understand me and give me a solution for this 2 relays and their transistor

    Thanks guys!

What is the marking code on the transistor?
If it is a W it could be a 2sb1219
if it is a *1G it could be PMBTA06 (used in other panasonic power supplies)

I think it's S Z, but can't tell for sure, it's hard to read it.
This 2SB1219 is a PNP so i think that one is not an option.

I can try with PMBTA06, but can i be sure it's going to work?
Is there a posibility that something else is making problems?

Found in a service manual of TX-L42U10E same circuit, and there is 2SD0601ASL with the same function, so i will try to find this one or one with similar specs and try it, it should work hopefully

I did't look close enough on the 2sb1219.
I did find 2PC4617 with marking ZS, which looks similar to the 2sd0601a
I would think the TV_SUB_ON voltage would be 3.3 volts when on, that should be enough to turn on the transistor
If it is only 2.15v you might have a problem on the main board, check that the 3.3 volts is ok

          Update.

In place of damaged transistor I installed BC817-40 and TV powered on. Even with 2.15V TV_SUB_ON signal, which should be right voltage for this signal.

Hopefully someone else with similar problem can fix it with this info

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
            by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

Panasonic TC-P55ST50 8 blinks then no blinks
            by Andre Gilbert
Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.

Desoldering gun station modified to use a 18 volt @ 20 amp switching power supply
            by sam_sam_sam
I have wanting to do this project for quite sometime now and I finally found a switching power supply that will work on this desoldering gun station ZD-915 that the original switching power supply took a shit and just was not worth trying to fix it because this switching power is not quite big enough to handle the heater element and the vacuum pump

One note when I tested the switching power supply and the voltage control board I noticed that this desoldering gun heat up much faster than the original switching power supply which I was really surprised by to the point that I might buy...

Panasonic switching power supply daughter board has two 27uf @ 50 volt capacitors which I do not keep in stock
            by sam_sam_sam
I did not have any 27uf @ 50 volt capacitors but one nice thing is that it has enough room for two capacitors in parallel a 22uf and a 4.7uf @ 50 volts 22 plus 4.7 equals 26.7uf which so very close to 27uf I will show some pictures of it sometime tomorrow

This is one of the shit est boards I seen in a very long time and it was the daughter board the traces just lifting off the board I had to use the capacitor leads to repair the the traces and the main board is not any better because I had to repair several traces for the daughter board to the main board

            After all of...

Panasonic P50VT20B Plasma 12 Blinks, Power Supply or A-Board?
            by Biruslapio
Hello, I've had this TV for 3 years, 2 years ago it stopped working signaling 12 Blinks, SOUND_SOS according to the service manual.

It has no VSUS or VDAT, and P15V has 1.0V instead, the same 15V goes to A board. F15V is ok and other main voltage rails.

It seems the power supply is defective, since unplugging D20 ribbon cable that goes from D-board to SC-board makes the behavior change, the TV stays on, there's no image nor VSUS, but 15V reads 2.4V, high enough to not trip the SOS 12 blinks, so it stays on, fans do not spin but I left it 2 hours, green led lit up...
