    Tx48CX400b Panasonic backlights

I know this is a popular subject but I was wondering if one of the LED's on my backlights could cause the backlights to all go out after 5-10-15mins?
The TV turns on fine, then after maybe 20mins the backlights go out. Then turning the TV off and back on again the backlights go out after a few minutes.

Each time I can turn it off then back on and they work for a few minutes and then off.

Yes. Try turning down the backlights level as low as possible to see if it will stay on longer. You also need to provide the pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards.

Panasonic TC-P55ST50 8 blinks then no blinks
      by Andre Gilbert
Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.

Samsung UE48H6410 replaced Mainboard but backlights doesnt go on
      by max789
Hello, I have a problem with my Samsung UE48H6410SSXZG with the main board BN41-02156A and the power board BN44-00709A. Everything seemed like this, the TV could no longer be switched on, the standby LED always flashed 5x2 times. Backlight was off and no sound from TV. Also made the flashlight test and there was no picture.

      I made the following tests:
      1. Disconnected the main board from Power Board = backlight works.
      2. Connected the main board and disconnected the T-Con = backlights does not work.

So I ordered a main board from Ebay also BN41-02156A but from...

      VIZIO M557-G0: Backlights or ???
      by bpcannan
      'Morning,
I get sound and picture when powering on the TV and its stays that EXCEPT that the left half of the screen will dim every few seconds then return to normal while the right side of the screen performs as designed.

Did the soft and hard reset options pulling the plug, using the reet option in the vizio menu to no avail.

I checked the mainboard - found some popped capacitors so replaced it - but that did not change the situation.

I checked the t-con board. It is getting good power. Then I removed one ribbon cable to see if I could isolate...
