Many burnt leds

I have a TV that turns on and can be heard but it does not give an image, although the lcd is fine since I have been able to see it with a flashlight.
The PSU gives the correct voltage, 168 volts, and when checking the backlight it has more than 30 faulty LEDs.
What do you think of this failure and I could protect the LEDs so that it does not happen again?

Que tv es ? The model no. and make of the TV?
If TV has more than 30 faulty LEDs. You podria use this method.

Keep the bad leds and add more leds strips inside the panel. entiende Ud.
