Hello all. i need help on how i can fix this dell w3706mc tv, the customer said it was blown by high generator set, now it has no standby, when i checked, the psu, i found only 7v on the 4 leg 7812 reg, i even used another one same. please can anyone help me on how i bring back this tv working. if possible schematic
