Do you know the history of the tv, the last vestel with a flipped screen we saw not long ago, the problem was a mismatched replacement mainboard, doesn't have to be your problem, just one possibility.

You have the panel profile below. With him you make the right image. I hope you know the installation procedure. It lasts 1 minute.

                                1. Format a stick with FT32
                                2. Create a folder on the stick called pq
                                3. Unzip the profile and put the resulting file in the folder
                                4. Turn on the TV and insert the USB stick
                                5. Type MENU and then 4725
                                6. Go down to USB Operations and type OK. Wait 5-10 seconds
                                7. Exit the menu and turn off the TV. Wait until the stby LED on the TV stops flashing
                                8. Unplug the TV and wait until the stby LED goes out.
                                9. You turn on the TV and everything should be ok.

                                      1. Use a stick with the smallest capacity (max. 16Gb)
                                      2. You use another stick
                                      3. Type MENU 4725 and see if the panel has changed to VES400UNES-05-B
                                      4. If something hasn't changed, you're not doing it right.
