So what resistance do you get between the two outer pins of the bridge rectifier (it has two bridge rectifiers connected in parallel)?
MOV is X801S which you can check the resistance from the bottom side of the board.

They are clamped between the long and short heatsink.

It could be the lighting, but VX801S looks like it's split open.

I can’t even find VX801S. I see LX801S.

Edit: I found VX801S. It reads ~3.4M ohms.

Still trying to figure out where the bridge rectifier is.

Edit: found them sandwiched between two heat sinks. No wonder I couldn’t see them.
They read 0.3 ohms.

i thought that must be them sandwiched there as not any place else . 0.3 ohms is likely much same as your meter leads connected together ..dead short .

best remove and test again and also test where they came from to be sure .

Neither digikey nor mouser have them in stock. Don’t see any on eBay either.

PFC circuit: check resistance between S and D pin of the PFC MOSFET's.
Check resistance between A and K of the PFC DIODE.
The reading of 0.3 Ohms between the two outer pins (+ & -) of the bridge may be due to shorted PFC MOSFET's.

Between S and D of the mofset’s I get about 0.2 to 0.3 ohms.
Between A and K about 6.2M ohms.

All on the board.

There are two of them so remove them and test them off the board.
