What type of fuse is this?

Picked up a Samsung PN51F8500 that the owner said wouldn't turn on.
First thing I noticed is that the fuse right after the power is blown.
It is a T12AH 250v. I thought that it was held on the board with a holder that is soldered in, so I unsoldered one end to replace the fuse but it's sll one piece.
What is it called so I can try to buy one?

12A 250V ceramic. Just has wires soldered to the ends instead of using a fuse holder. Blown fuses typically means shorted FETs so check them before replacing the fuse.

          Thanks.
I already ordered the fuses. A 5 pack for $10. They were listed as axial fuses.
I probably won’t bother with anything else if it blows a fuse again.
I don’t remember how to test the fets and not sure I want to spend more on it.

Edit: I see a repair kit with two fets and the fuse is on eBay for less than I paid for the 5 fuses.
How do I check which are shorted? There are more than 2 on the psu.

dont waste money on special fuses . get some 12 amp fuse wire but watch for fire it is sure to blow again . or solder to a regular time delay fuse

They will typically short gate to drain. Just probe with a multimeter. Usually a TO220 package mounted on a heatsink.

That’s what I thought. The two listed in the repair pack on eBay are testing fine.
Since I already ordered the fuses, I’ll try one. If it blows, I’ve lost $2.

Thanks. Since the fuses have already be ordered, I will try that first. Not sure which the bridge rectifies are. Lol.
                    I can check the diodes.

square block near power inlet on pcb . 4 legs . unless it uses 4 diodes instead .

you can also measure the resistance from the fuse to hot side ground to confirm the short. Rectifier pins should be marked ac + - ac . Check the resitance between + and -

With my limited skill, I can only determine a blown fuse which is missing right above the power inlet.

Yup, but only cost $2. Should I try one with the other boards disconnected from the psu? To make sure they aren’t causing it to blow?

I hate to spend too much. The tv cost me $20. Probably couldn’t get more that $125 for it.

                                          Hi everyone,

I’m currently learning about the USB protocol and designing a project, but I’ve encountered a few questions that I couldn’t find clear answers to. I’d really appreciate your input!

                                          1. USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 with SuperSpeed Type-A Connector
According to the USB 3.2 specification, it states that USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 can support a SuperSpeed Type-A connector. This raises a question:

If we use a SuperSpeed Type-A connector, the system would only utilize 1 lane for data transfer, leaving 1 lane from the host unused. Is this configuration valid,...
