I have this TV. It will not power up completely, I hit the power button and the red LED light on the bottom of the TV flashes then goes out. I'm trying to find out what would be causing this to happen. Does anyone have any insight for me?

You will get a lot more help if you upload good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all boards so we can see what we are dealing with.

It means you have to remove the back cover so we can see all the boards and how they are connected together.
We DO NOT have the TV in front of us to look at.
BTW, you do at least have Digital meter to make some Voltage measurement, correct?
