2010 lg 47le5310 led tv shuttingdown

Hello, friends,
LG led tv 47le5310, once it is plugged to power will be making contenous sound from the sensor board, the tv will flash picture on the screen and go off, while the sound continous, I have started the P'S directly without the mainboard, all voltage present, the 12v 3.5v 20v all, I noticed the mainboard ps3 relay shut down with main board connected
Anyone with solution please

Backlight LEDs open or shorted.

If you see the backlight flash on and you see the LG logo briefly, this is a common symptom of backlight failure. The circuitry detects a problem and will shut down the backlight.

Sorry, I mean , tested the psu voltage all present

I think the back light is ok, the hole tv will shut down, no sound the relay will trip off but the beeping sound continous, it will stop only when the tv is removed from power,

We need to know if the control signals are still present or not.
You will get a lot more help if you upload good clear pictures, hard to help without seeing what we are dealing with.

Here is the pictures of the power and main board for the LG 47LE5310 , Anyone knows the function of IC F0513A, in this main board?

I think i have issue with pin 17 of this ic
