Vestel 17mb230 mainboard.No Sound

Hello to everyone . I have a vestel mainboard 17mb230 with no sound on the speakers only on the headphones . I think that hotel mode is on but I cant find a way to fix .. Any help will be good thanks

Save the profile from the TV (folder downloadprofile.mb230) and post it here so we can see what the problem is. Did you rewrite the software?
On some motherboards, from the menu, you can set the sound output to headphones or speakers. Control.
You can also measure if the integrated audio is powered. The one circled in red.

the mainboard is from e bay i dont know how to re write software . and i cant measure with my multimeter the component

i found the solution by upgrading the tv with usb firmware

For the correct software, you must know the TV model, motherboard code (17MB230), panel code (VESxxxxxxx or other)
