Plugging TV in results in the backlights turning on without having to press power button.
Pressing the power button causes the backlights to turn off for a second and then turn on again without anything displaying on screen.
Holding the power button causes the tv to turn off and on in 1 second intervals.
The readings from the connector that goes from power to main board while on are:

5 - VAMP - 0V
6 - BLU_ON - 0V
7 - VAMP - 0V

14 - PS_ON - 0V
Disconnecting the main board from the power board results in the backlights turning on and off in 1 second intervals and voltage readings jumping up and down
Disconnecting the main board AND the backlights result in the below readings:

3 - B13V - 12.5V
