This tv attempts to turn on by red LED going out, green LED flashes , screen light up and displays digital television in lower right corner then goes out and red LED lights.

What do you mean as refer to power seems fine? All the control signals are present?
For us to help we will need good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards, and the straight shot pictures of the whole top and bottom side of the power supply board so we can read the printed texts on the board.
It is hard to do long distant troubleshooting without seeing what we are dealing with.
What is the history of the TV? Any works were done to the TV before?
The more details we get the better chance of finding the cause of the problem.Never stop learning

Hello dear audio friends.
I am feverishly looking for the full electronic schematic (not a block diagram) of the RCF type M18 digital audio mixer.
The device does not make a WIFI connection with my Apple tablet and yet I have already installed the recent app on it.
I suspect that there is a problem in the mixer itself with the WIFI card and of course I would like to see this on an extensive schedule before opening the device.
