power seems fine and I ordered another mainboard, but it made no difference

This tv attempts to turn on by red LED going out, green LED flashes , screen light up and displays digital television in lower right corner then goes out and red LED lights. -

I am only seeing a flashing red LED. Pushing power button on TV itself. Nothing happens. I have no remote for it and not sure at this point if I can get a universal working as set is basically dead. -
