I am pretty sure this will be another back light failure but I thought I would run it past the forum to see if you agree. TV turns on, one side of the back lights flash and the other side does not. LED1+ and LED2+ will both flash 13v then drop to 0v

I am pretty sure that the reason the led1+ and led2+ flash for a couple of seconds is it sees a short and shuts down. I am not sure why it is only reading 13v. Again any insight would be appreciated
