Laggy OSD menu and colour distortion

Hi,
I have a Samsung ue40j5100ak LED TV. It has developed a fault which manifests as colour distortion i.e. showing mainly red and black with no details. It also has very slow menus on the OSD and laggy picture i.e. takes 6 seconds for menues to fade from the screen. Tried reseting but no joy.
Is this the main or Tcon board?

Any advice would be appreciated

Does the whole picture appear to be laggy or is it just 1/2 side or a section of it?
