Red, Green, Blue, Gray Cycling problem of Acer LCD

i have a Casper 19CSPR LCD . that is brand name of Acer.

    logic board is 715g2904-1.

first problem is 2 second to black. One CCFL doesn't work. inverter is O.K.
second problem is there are red, green, blue, gray horizontal thick line at pic this 2 second.

i tried other lcd panel with this power and logic board with success. pic is fine. no problem.

and i use another philips board with patient lcd panel .problem remains..

but this time form of problem is changed. red, green, blue, gray flashing cycle.

    and another problem occur.
neighbour of bad CCFL also gone when i try with original psu.
    sometimes i feel strange smelling.

everbody say red, blue cycling is due to EEPROM.
Factory reset solves problem... i don't know this board's button for it.

and this is weird if i change the panel... problem goes.

what must i do except changing CCFL's?

I have had a red-green-blue-white cycling problem before on my iiyama monitor.

I fixed it by finding a sequence of keys to press. Maybe it's similar to your Acer monitor. Most of these Chinese monitors are made by only a few manufacturers.
