Panasonic TX-P50G30B No Sound, Picture OK

Hi, After I fixed the tv had the 7 red Blinks . In my case was a shorted upper buffer board TNPA5336.

I just put the tv together and I have noticed the volume not working .
If I press the volume up/down button from remote nothing happening .
I checked with a headphone and I have sound .

Main board is TXN/A1PVUB ,Any help would be much appreciated !!! Thanks

Check your speaker connection, they could have broken off the board. If the H/phones work then the Audio circuits are OK.

I have checked the speaker connectors and the speakers and they are working fine.

I have noticed that the line for the volume is not getting that green colour when is pressed.
Could be something with the software? I have checked and has the latest. I already factory reset it and the same.
Could be something from the service menu?

hello, the fix in my case was Access the secretive hotel mode.
To access it on my particular version I had to hold down the -/V button on the side of the TV and press “AV” on the remote three times.
A menu then pops up providing access to a few settings including a maximum volume etc. Off hotel mode and tv sound is back .
