Vizio VP422 random bright then dim display

Customer's wall mounted TV. Repaired 10 months ago for bad PSU caps except for mains cap.

Recently it began going from normal brightness to a bit dim then back. Cycles several times a minute and it will also go a little light in contrast.

Any clues where to start are appreciated before I have to drag this off the wall again.
