    Circuit schematics

    Hi All
Would any body have circuit schematics for a Digihome LCD19913HDDVD tv with DVD player please.

    Thanks in advance Adrian

    Re: Circuit schematics

    I'm guessing it's a Vestel, What's the numbers on the boards ? 17**** maybe ?

      Re: Circuit schematics

Yes Vestel 17IPS16-4. I have one schematic, but the circuits are different on the pcb. Extra resistors totally different values.

Yes, that's quite common with Vestel boards.
What's the issue with it ? I think the diodes failing are a common issue on that board (along other Vestels).

          Re: Circuit schematics

Original fault blowing mains fuse in plugtop. Fuse on PCB ok.
Have replaced shorted Diode D814. Have replace shorted Mosfet MDF4N60 (Q802) with FDPF5N50NZ. Replaced R832 shown as 0R47 on circuit diagram, original fitted was 0R22. I now do not have power on secondary of TR800, but assuming that IC805 has failed. SG6859A have some on order. my main concern is that on the schematic, the resistors on the VC to VCC line from the rectified 230 AC are 100R, 100R and 100R on my board they are 330K 330K and 1M. With 325v DC end up with 0V at the VC to VCC connection

            Re: Circuit schematics

With the power off check if you have a short circuit from the VCC input to ground of IC805 between pins 1 & 5

              Hi
thans for your input yes short circuit between pin 1 and 5. Await new IC to come

                Re: Circuit schematics

Remove the IC and check if the short is still there between the two pins of the IC. If It is then replace the IC but if not then check any other components connected to pin 5. Schematic shows R947 as 15R which seems low.

                  Hi Dick

I have removed IC805 short is now gone, also found R826 Reading 46K, R823 open circuit. Have to wait for the IC now. Thanks for all your help
