this thing is giving me a headache.... I have a L40FHD41YX9 the blue light comes on for like 10 seconds then goes off, then nothing... ive exhausted everthing I know... please help

pictures and voltage readings from the connector that goes from the ps to the main would be a good start.

list it as,
pin no, pin desc, v in stby, v when power button is pressed.
