AS. LCD42761F1080P. Bad caps in unused board do I need to replace also?

What I'm trying to get at is, I have an Acoustic Solutions LCD42761F1080P LCD TV with bad caps all over the place. I don't use the card reader so, is it essential to replace ALL bad caps on ALL boards or can I SAFELY ignore this board?

The "Card reader" is probably the freeview board. Do you use the Freeview? You can probably ignore it if not.
