    Olevia 237-T12 horisontal lines after 1 min

    Please check this video, the symptoms after 1 min

      Looks like Backlights to me.....However,.....Remove the back...Upload pics of the boards and their lay-out...Measure and post voltages on PSU.

        Here are some photos.
        All voltages are about 4% higher than the specs printed on the PSU.
        5.2v
        18.7v
        25.0v

        I replaced one bulged capacitor on the +24 output rail but it did not help.

          The backlight is not flickering as I can see it from the holes on the back.
          And I really doubt it may cause that "image jumping".

            OK I did a little bit of diagnostics.
            When I press on the BGA chip on the mainboard the screen distortion reduces.
            So I guess it is the main board.
            Is there any way to fix?

                Baked the board for 8min on 375F and it works now!

                  HDMI ports still get the lines and jumping, and it looks like Digital TV went out. I only get analog channels now.

                        Just search by part number
