Sankey Lcd tv #CLCD-2636 with blank white screen.

I recently received a Sankey lcd #CLCD2636 with a blank white screen and there is sound.There are three boards in this television and I believe that the
board which is attached to the panel is faulty.Here are some pictures of this
television.

You probably have a fuse on the board in the second picture you can check for voltage

Check to see if you have 12V (or 5V) going to the T-CON Bd (Panel Bd). Problem could be Main Bd not sending LVDS signal to T-CON Bd.
