Once tv is turned on. You see samsung logo and it fades to back.
Backlights are on and Audio is heard.
I am thinking its t-con board. So do i search for 12v on t-con board

disconnect one side of the ribbon cables that goes from t-con to the panel and see if you get a pic, then replace and do the same for the other half.

You should have fuse on t-con you can check for voltage on each side
