Toshiba Regza no HDMI/VGA input - software issue?

Hello again guys, i have Toshiba REGZA that doesnt accept hdmi /VGA, i did some measuring and the HDMI chip has all the voltages. HDMI chip is PinnaClear SII9187 and should have 3.3V on pins 9, 27, 38, 64 - and it does. Anyhow, i did try to reset the TV set but it doesn't do anything after choosing "YES" on reset dialog, most if toshibas turn off...

Is there a way to reset it another way, or to flash a firmware?

    TV MODEL: 32lv733g
    Serial number: B03G78P03119A1

    Thanks!

Does it recognize component at all?
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

Nope, computer just says "Display not detected"

Anyhow, by a strange luck i found a manual online, since the "Reset TV" didn't do anything i searched for "Factory reset". I don't know why, but they have it hidden under "Parental Control" and can be accessed from there if you know the Parental protection PIN (mine was 0000).
      TV resetted, now works fine...
