LG 32" eax64905001 "red blinking light"

Tv started turning off the other day when the kids would use it for about an hour or so. "Red blinking light" for about 30s then come back on work just fine. No weird color or backlight type issues so I assume it's the power supply. I've got the board sitting on my desk looking for obvious issues and don't really see anything to my very untrained eye. If anyone could take a look and point me in the right direction that would be great

Use chassis as the GND ref. for your meter, when the TV is working take the DCV reading of all the pins of the 18-pin connector of the power supply board that goes to the main board, make sure to right down the pin name and following by the Voltage reading for each pin, when the TV stops working then you take the readings again to see what is missing or changes on Voltages.
Notes: looking at the top side of the board, the exposed pins you can see from the top side of the board are the ODD number pin, the EVEN number pins you will have to poke at the wire entrance side of the connector to get the reading for the EVEN number pins.
The pin labels are printed next to the connector.
Look for poor solder joints on the transformer legs, the solder joints of the devices' legs of the devices that are mounted to the heatsink, etc.
