Smd fuses require second tip, that I don't have. Instead removed caps and checked fuses again, all open (caps were parallel to fuse). Fuse order cost is approx. same as board, so will order a board

If you have two soldering irons you can remove them quickly but yes a replacement board was probably the best bet if other parts have blown too.

Will desolder and check them later just to confirm. Have to find second solderer in garage

You can at least lift one end with single soldering iron alternately heating one end then the other and maybe adding some leaded solder

Replaced inventer. Unit is starting up, but I got bad picture. Please see screen attached
