    60pv250-ub

    Hey all,

first off i have looked threw quite abit of this fourum during my trouble shooting of this tv here where im at

My voltages from vzb vstp vatp go up but then peter to 0 on my volt meter (tho i think my volt meter is needing to be destroyed) as well as the one on the y sus

i was getting a green blinky light on the mainboard and a red light on the front that would come on then when i hit the power button and go right out when i hit the input button and the hear the relay click a few times and then have to turn it back on

Then after checking the forum i found fuse on the zsus it was blown then checked the coils found charring and cracked joint as well as some of the mofsets(4633) blown bought the zsus rebuild from shopjimmy and then plugged in the board after checking over rebuild and coil joints everything looked kosher plugged in the zsus and still had blinky green led, no picture and power light still shuts off quick still hearing relay clicking on and off a bunch.

Now i decided to buy the power board rebuild from shop jimmy rebuilt the board plugged in and now i get no green blinky light and the picture flashes for a split second in low light then the power button fades and then poweres back on but show no picture and i havent found a way to get sound easily dont have much in stereo or dvd players

i havent decided where im going next either replacing the logic or mainboard with all the inputs or buy a ysus rebuild

ribbon cables looked fine from all places along the side i did have to check continuity on one cable it had a charred run and tested fine

some advised where to go next or look focus on

I would highly suggest checking the transistors you have replaced on the Z-sustain using the shop jimmy kit and checking for shorts on them. If you don't find shorts, then check the output voltage of the Z-sustain to the panel. Should be around 85 or so give or take 5 volts. I don't remember exactly but around there and should be steady. If the voltage is steady, you could have issues with some of the IC chips you replaced on the back of Z-sustain. I would make sure the orientations are correct on the 8 pin ICs. If you do not get the correct voltage going out of the Z-sustain, then check the voltage coming in from the power supply.
This should help you figure out what's going on. Generally if you have a bad Z-sustain, then you don't have other issues. At least very rare.

        Ok update well kinda

after checking the 2 of the 8pin ic i replaced on the back, one of them had not bonded in correctly i soldered that back down as well as went and tested the 4633 chips and didnt find any blown from center to left pin got like 3-500 from center pin to right pin i get ol also i get 40v on the vzb spot on the board when i hit the power button but then it starts to fade down to 0. im not sure where to get the voltages that may help in my repair any advise is helpful
