vizeo E550-B2E wont power on

Vizeo E550-B2E wont power on. When I looked at the power board I found part ic901 had the corner chipped off ? Cant read the actual # on the part cause of the chip missing. Does anyone know what part this is ? Could it cause the tv to not power on ?

It looks like there are still some printing left on that SMPS IC for standby power supply.

So could this likely be my problem , & if so is it easiest just to replace the board ?

Yes that is a major problem and need to be replaced once identified. However there may well be another problem that caused the IC to blow up.
